The Hot Meals Line of triple-insulated active temperature control containers are designed to safely transport pre-cooked food from centralized kitchens and food prep facilities to end-of-line service points.
With active temperature control that guarantees precise temperature management, the F0140 AuO model offers an internal battery for autonomous operation, which can maintain set-point temperatures for eight to ten hours on a single charge.
The H140 AuO offers a temperature range of 65°C to 85°C to help preserve the quality and integrity of pre-cooked food and keep it at the optimal temperature and avoid potential health and safety risks. The H140 HML container utilizes self-regulating PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ceramic heating elements controlled by the electronic thermostat and digital display.
Built for light commercial vehicles, these units are suitable for EV (electric vehicle) applications and can be incorporated directly into insulated reefer vans to offer a multi-temperature zone solution. The digital display, which functions as an optional HACCP/Bluetooth interface accessory, enables the downloading of transport temperature data.
The HML F0140 AuO is also offered as an FDN model for transporting frozen items and an XFDN model for transporting deep-frozen items. A non-autonomous version of this model is also available.
